Teacher Appreciation Event: Monday-Wednesday, December 21-23. Watch for a Crowdfunding email coming soon. Donations will be accepted through MemberHub Sunday - Tuesday! With over 200 staff supporting our ERHS students, the ERHS PTSA's goal is to raise $2,000 to buy lunch for them all.

MemberHub: ERHS PTSA will be using MemberHub this year as recommended by MDPTA. We finally have access!! Visit our membership page to join/renew your annual membership with the PTSA. Once you have created an account with MemberHub you will be able to join committees ("hubs") and use all the new communication and calendar features.
The PTSA Spirit Wear Store is open! There are standard items (sweatshirts, T-shirts) available throughout the school year, and at certain times of year you can order custom items.

GRAD NIGHT 2020 and 2021!
Grad Night is a chaperoned all-night party for all graduating seniors on the night of graduation. A huge fundraising effort is needed to pay for an evening of games, food, entertainment and prizes for the students. All Senior parents are encouraged to get involved. (Junior parents are also welcome...Great way to get ready for next year's Grad Night!) 2021 Grad Night info coming soon! Email email@example.com for more information or to get involved.
Visit the Grad Night 2020 website for more information. We are committed to using the funds that we raised towards celebrating and honoring the Class of 2020. We have discussed the possibility of joining efforts with the Class of 2020 to host one big event during the winter break next year, if it comes to that. We have also discussed some funds being set aside towards future reunion. When they have more clarity on the survey and the direction PGCPS wants to go with respect to putting dates on the calendar, we can brainstorm further and formulate a plan.
If you are not currently on our PTSA email lists and would like to be, please email firstname.lastname@example.org giving a brief description of your connection to the school. The PTSA has two email lists:
1. Communications list for announcements; only designated board members may post messages to this list.
2. Discussion list, where any PTSA member may post questions, comments or suggestions relevant to the school or PTSA.
You can also sign up for communications from the school regarding internships, service learning opportunities, SAT/ACT prep sessions, scholarships, Junior/Senior information sessions, class fundraisers and more. Go to the school website and scroll down to the bottom of the page for the links to sign up for each class.
PTSA does not manage these class lists, so please address any questions to your class administrator.
