The PTSA meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7pm in the media center.
Grad Night also meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6pm in room 130.
Take a moment to email a teacher, administrator or other staff member with a note of appreciation! A list of email addresses can be found on the school website.

PTSA Board Elections: We are looking for a new treasurer for next school years Terms are 1 year, renewable for a 2nd year. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or if you are interested in serving, or know somebody else who would be willing to do so. We are waiting to find out if proposed changes to the Maryland PTA bylaws will allow us to hold elections remotely. If not, we hope to hold an in-person meeting in the fall to elect new officers and approve the budget.

GRAD NIGHT 2020!
Grad Night is a chaperoned all-night party for all graduating seniors on the night of graduation. A huge fundraising effort is needed to pay for an evening of games, food, entertainment and prizes for the students. All Senior parents are encouraged to get involved. (Junior parents are also welcome...Great way to get ready for next year's Grad Night!) Visit the Grad Night 2020 website for more information and to sign up to volunteer!
We are committed to using the funds that we raised towards celebrating and honoring the Class of 2020. We have discussed the possibility of joining efforts with the Class of 2020 to host one big event during the winter break next year, if it comes to that. We have also discussed some funds being set aside towards future reunion. When they have more clarity on the survey and the direction PGCPS wants to go with respect to putting dates on the calendar, we can brainstorm further and formulate a plan.
If you are not currently on our PTSA email lists and would like to be, please email email@example.com giving a brief description of your connection to the school. The PTSA has two email lists:
1. Communications list for announcements; only designated board members may post messages to this list.
2. Discussion list, where any PTSA member may post questions, comments or suggestions relevant to the school or PTSA.
